Shaved Fennel and Arugula Salad Recipe Ingredients

Core Ingredients for Shaved Fennel and Arugula Salad

  • 1 - Fennel (Whole)
  • 1lb - Arugula (Fresh & Washed)
  • 1 Lemon (Juice & Zest)
  • 1 Tbsp - Whole Grain Mustard
  • 2 - Garlic Cloves (Minced)
  • 8 oz - Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Additional Ingredients

  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Shaved Fennel and Arugula Salad Recipe Instructions

  • Thinly slice fennel on a mandoline slicer.
  • Place fennel in ice water for 1 hour, then strain and allow to air dry in the refrigerator.
  • Wash and spin Arugula salad.
  • Finely chop the garlic and mix with the other dressing ingredients.
  • Adjust the seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Toss fennel and arugula with the dressing and finish with fresh cracked black pepper.
