Cedar Plank Salmon and Grilled Broccolini Recipe Equipment

Cedar Plank Salmon Recipe Ingredients

Core Ingredients for Cedar Plank Salmon

  • 1 lb - Salmon filet, fresh, skin on, de-boned
  • 2 oz - Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Additional INgredients

  • Salt - To taste
  • Pepper - To taste

Cedar Plank Salmon Recipe Instructions

  • Soak cedar board in water for 24 hours
  • Clean Salmon filet as needed removing any bones, scales, or skin that is not wanted
  • Place salmon filet on a clean/ soaked cedar plank
  • Rub olive oil on the flesh of the salmon
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Place salmon on the cedar plank onto the grill to cook until an internal temperature of 135-145F

Grilled Broccolini Recipe Ingredients

Core Ingredients for Grilled Broccolini

  • 1 bunch - Broccolini

Additional Ingredients

  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Grilled Broccolini Recipe Instructions

  • Toss broccolini with olive oil, salt, and pepper
  • Place on the grill with the salmon and cook until nicely charred
