Roasted Pork Loin Recipe Ingredients

Core Ingredients for Roasted Pork Loin

  • 1 to 2 lbs - Pork Loin
  • 1 Tbsp - Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp - Cumin (Ground)
  • 1 Tbsp - Coriander (Ground)
  • 1 Tbsp - Allspice (Ground)
  • 1 Tbsp - Cardamom (Ground)
  • 1 Tsp - Nutmeg (Ground)
  • 3 Tbsp - Black Pepper (Ground)

Additional Ingredients

  • Salt - to taste
  • Olive Oil - for cooking

Roasted Pork Loin Recipe Instructions

  • Remove any unwanted fat or sinew, trim off silver skin
  • Dry well with a paper towel
  • Mix all the spices together well
  • Preheat the oven to 325F
  • Rub pork loin with salt and spice mix
  • Sear pork loin in a heavy bottom pan with olive oil
  • Cook in the oven at 375 until desired temp is reached

Broiled Asparagus Recipe Ingredients

Core Ingredients for BROILED ASPARAGUS

  • 1 bunch - Asparagus
  • 1 ea - Lemon (Zest)
  • 2 Tbsp - Oregano (Fresh & Chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp - Thyme (Fresh & Chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp - Olive oil

Additional Ingredients

  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Broiled Asparagus Recipe Instructions

  • Wash and trim the bottom ends of the asparagus
  • Chop herbs and zest the lemon
  • Gently toss the asparagus with the oil, herbs, lemon zest, seasoning with salt and pepper
  • Cook the asparagus on the High broil setting for 5-7 minutes or until cooked
