Potato Salad Recipe Ingredients

Core Ingredients for Potato Salad

  • 3lbs - Red potatoes (Diced)
  • 2 Tbsp - Whole Grain Mustard
  • ¼ cup - White Wine Vinegar
  • ½ cup - Mayonnaise
  • 1 bunch - Green Onions

Additional Ingredients

  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Potato Salad Recipe Instructions

  • Wash and dice potatoes
  • Boil in salted water until fork tender
  • Strain and allow it to cool
  • Mix together the Mustard, Mayonnaise, and Vinegar to make the dressing for the salad
  • Adjust the seasoning to taste with salt and pepper
  • Finely chop the green onions
  • Once the potatoes have cooled, toss them with the dressing and green onions
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper
