Whole Roasted Chicken Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 - Whole Spatchcocked Chicken
  • 4 Tbsp - Seasoning / Spice Mix

Additional recipe ingredients:

  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Olive Oil - enough to drizzle over chicken after seasoning

Whole Roasted Chicken Recipe Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 385 degrees
  • Spatchcock the chicken (aka remove the backbone & cut the breastbone)
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper, and any other combination of spices you might have on hand
  • Drizzle and coat the chicken well with olive oil and place in a preheated oven.
  • Roast for 45-60 min, or until the chicken has a temperature of 165-170 degrees Fahrenheit
